State-of-the-Art Eye Care Practice Opens New Greenwich Location
GREENWICH, CT — Pro Eye Care, a leading provider of advanced optometric care, has announced the grand opening of a brand new Greenwich location.
Located at 115 E. Putnam Ave., the new state-of-the-art facility replaces the original Old Greenwich office and joins the Darien location in offering cutting-edge care to residents.
Founder and Optometrist Dr. Inna Lazar is nationally recognized for her expertise in dry eye disease, myopia management, and comprehensive eye care. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Salus University and has been featured as one of “America’s Best Eye Doctors” by Newsweek.
“The new space is approximately 4,500 square feet, thoughtfully designed to elevate patient experience,” Lazar said in a recent announcement.
“Our team consists of five highly specialized professionals, each with a distinct area of expertise. This structure allows us to provide truly comprehensive, concierge-level care under one roof—making the experience seamless, efficient, and exceptional for our patients,” she added. “The goal is to eliminate care fragmentation and deliver a sophisticated, comprehensive approach in which every detail—from clinical excellence to patient flow—feels intentional and effortless.”
Pro Eye Care provides a full spectrum of eye health services, including:
- Comprehensive eye exams and personalized eye care
- Advanced dry eye evaluation and treatment
- Myopia control and pediatric eye care
- Management of ocular conditions such as digital eye strain and red eyes
- Specialty contact lenses and designer eyewear
- Same-day stye therapies using next-generation technology
The practice emphasizes clear communication and patient education to empower families to make informed decisions about eye health, fostering lifelong relationships rooted in trust and personalized care.
In addition to traditional optometry services, the new Greenwich space introduces advanced aesthetic treatments, including Sofwave — a non-invasive ultrasound-based skin tightening therapy.
The treatment leverages cutting-edge ultrasound technology to stimulate collagen and elastin production, helping improve fine lines, wrinkles, and skin laxity with minimal interruption to daily life.
“Integrating aesthetic treatments allows us to support not just ocular health but overall confidence and wellness,” Lazar noted. “We’re proud to offer safe, effective options that complement our medical services.”
The practice also offers a wide variety of eyewear frames.
Aside from operating her practices, Lazar launched Eye Care from the Heart, a Greenwich-based nonprofit with a mission to ensure every child has access to quality vision care, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.
In December, Lazar was awarded a $25,000 grant from Pitch Your Peers Greenwich, a women-led collective dedicated to funding impactful local nonprofits.
The grant will directly fund free eye exams, prescription glasses, and advanced vision treatments, including myopia management, for over 700 school-age children in Greenwich who might otherwise go without care.
